Mitch teaches healthy practices and gives exercises to strengthen yourself in between sessions with him. I was feeling quite down about myself due to my injury, however after working with Mitch in this relatively short amount of time, I leave his practice after every session as a person who is upbeat and educated about how to continue self-healing away from him.
