Dr Timothy Elchah
Chiropractor

Dr Timothy Elchah is a chiropractor at Human Movement Co. who takes a clear, practical and diagnosis-led approach to care.
He is known for creating a patient experience that feels calm, reassuring and grounded, while still being highly targeted in the way he assesses and treats. Tim works with people who want to move better, feel more confident in their body, and understand what is actually driving the issue — not just chase short-term relief.
Tim is a registered chiropractor with AHPRA and practises in line with current professional standards and registration requirements. He practises from both our Leichhardt and Gladesville clinic locations.
About Tim
Tim trained at Macquarie University, where he completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic.
He has been working at Human Movement Co. since 2016 and has helped shape the clinic’s practical, movement-focused approach to care from the beginning. In 2025, he opened Human Movement Co.’s second clinic location in Gladesville, making this style of care more accessible to more people across Sydney.
His work is grounded in proper assessment, clear explanation and care that helps people move forward with confidence.
What Tim is especially good at helping with
Tim often works with people dealing with:
- posture-related issues
- neck and shoulder tension
- lower back pain
- recurring movement restrictions
- gym and training-related setbacks
- difficulty walking or moving comfortably
- flare-ups that keep interrupting regular movement
His care is often a strong fit for people who want to understand what is going on, restore better movement and feel confident getting back to normal life, training or regular activity.
Tim’s approach to care
Tim’s style combines clear assessment, confident hands-on care and practical next steps.
He takes time to understand the person’s actual condition and what they are trying to get back to, whether that is training properly, moving more comfortably through the workday, or simply feeling less restricted in everyday life. His treatment style is targeted and confident, but also adaptable — strong where it needs to be, and gentle where appropriate.
Rather than focusing only on pain in the moment, Tim aims to improve movement, function and confidence over time. That often means combining chiropractic treatment with simple exercise or strengthening guidance where it makes sense.
Who tends to resonate with Tim
Tim tends to resonate strongly with people who want care that feels clear, capable and grounded.
That often includes:
- active adults who want to keep training or get back into the gym
- desk workers dealing with posture, neck and shoulder tension
- people with recurring stiffness or flare-ups who want a clearer plan
- people who want a practitioner who feels calm, capable and easy to trust
- people who want someone hands-on, but still thoughtful and measured in the way they treat
Patients often appreciate that Tim feels both highly knowledgeable and genuinely reassuring. He creates a style of care that feels safe, clear and effective — especially for people who want strong clinical guidance without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
More than just treatment
Outside the clinic, Tim is a dedicated dad of two who enjoys CrossFit, snowboarding and travel.
That active side of life shapes the way he thinks about care. He understands that for many people, feeling better is not just about pain relief — it is about being able to train, move, work, parent and enjoy life with more freedom and less hesitation.
