My experience at Active Therapy Gladesville has been a positive one. Both Mitch and Gary are very knowledgeable and professional. At 67, I'm trying to improve my all round flexibility to continue playing golf. They have provided some specific exercises to achieve that. Both guys are super friendly and I highly recommend them.

Mitch has helped with my old injuries and also, sorted out my newer issues. He has a great approach to new clients and injuries, questioning the past and present rather than just trying to fix it quickly. He gives exercises, he is friendly and very professional. I cannot recommend Mitch enough!
