Two months on, I’ve got... read more close to 85% of my movement back. He is truly gifted in what he does and has an authentic care factor for his patients and their physical and mental well-being. Mitch teaches healthy practices and gives exercises to strengthen yourself in between sessions with him. I was feeling quite down about myself due to my injury, however after working with Mitch in this relatively short amount of time, I leave his practice after every session as a person who is upbeat and educated about how to continue self-healing away from him. Thank you, Mitch. I will be forever grateful.

I will very happily continue to see either of them… & it also helps that they are so conveniently located & that their clinic is such a warm, calm & welcoming place - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great Physio. I saw Mitch with a few issues some going back years and a new leg problem. He not only gave me a stretch out and good "back crackin'" but also all the tools I need to continue my therapy by myself. He's not too pushy and is genuinely there to see you heal. Mitch has helped with my old injuries and also, sorted out my newer issues. He has a great approach to new clients and injuries, questioning the past and present rather than just trying to fix it quickly. He gives exercises, he is friendly and very professional. I cannot recommend Mitch enough!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming at Activ Therapy Gladesville. I have found my physiotherapist Gary to be very informative and professional .
