Physiotherapy in Lane Cove
What we often hear from Lane Cove locals:
- “My knees get sore after 10 minutes on my feet”
- “I just want to be able to garden again without flaring up”
- “Physio has helped in the past — I just need the right plan”
- “I keep putting off getting help because I don’t know where to start”
- “I’d like to build strength again but I’m worried about doing too much”
These common concerns often point to:
- Recurring pain in hips, knees, shoulders or lower back
- A loss of mobility or confidence in daily movement
- Delayed recovery from flare-ups or minor injuries
- Reduced strength or balance
- Frustration with lack of guidance or results
Our approach to physio is simple and effective — a clear plan based on how your body moves, what’s going on beneath the surface, and where you’d like to be.
Hear from our founder, Dr Elch, as he shares how Human Movement Co. helps patients move from frustration to freedom.
What to expect when you visit us from Lane Cove
We don’t do guesswork or generic printout plans.
Your session starts with a proper assessment — where we look at how you move, where you’re compensating, and what’s behind the pain or stiffness. From there, we’ll tailor a plan that might include hands-on therapy, movement retraining, and rehab exercises designed to build confidence and strength.
Whether you’re hoping to get back to long walks, gardening, or simply managing daily life with more ease, our physiotherapists will meet you where you’re at — and help you move forward with clarity.
